If I try a new profile from the effected client machine it fails. If I try to connect with another user accounts it fails even though they are in use on the LAN.
He can connect to Exchange when using the VPN but can't connect from outside the network even though other users can. One user in particular was on site last week and had no issues (He has now returned to the US).
